Welcome to the group! You can connect with other members, get updates and share feedback about your experience. In this first tier of challenges you can use our format or use your own. Figure out the frequency, intensity, and time that you can commit to. Make it a point to set aside the time you need to make taking care if yourself a priority. Use our Movement challenge first to gauge where your current fitness level is. Then progress to our cardio, and lower body challenges when you're ready. Make modifications where necessary and do your best for each two minute drill. Then share your achievements with the group.
