Put your cardiovascular endurance to the test with these high intensity, high impact exercises. Increase the function of your heart and lungs. Hold more oxygen and perform at a higher level while increasing your work rate. Making adjustments to your timed breaks by increasing or decreasing time will allow you to shorten your recovery time between exercises.
