About

The TEST YOUR MIGHT CHALLENGES are the tools we use to give you a reference point for where you're starting. In order for you to better track your progress on your fitness journey, use the following fitness tests to gauge how far you've come in the ENS programs, or use the exercises to create your own routines. The exercises change every two weeks. We start with the 2min lower body challenge, move to the upper body, and finally hit the core & abs challenges. Try one every other day, or all three every other day. Make modifications for your specific fitness needs. Track your progress and share your feedback with the group. We support and lift each other!
